    What is Globox Village?

    Globox Village is a subscription box for bougie foodie, artsy wanderer and fashionista that sends you 3-4 eclectic local and international products from these categories: Food & Beverage, Art & Entertainment, Fashion & Beauty.

    Depending on your travel plan (local, continental or global) or your adventurer profile (volunteer, adrenaline junkie, flashpacker or nomad), we'll send to you boxes full of treasures that typically cover our 3 main categories: food & beverage, art & entertainment, fashion & beauty.

    How do I change my shipping address?

    -          Log in to your account

    -          Click on Manage button

    -          Click on Edit Shipping address

    How do I change my e-mail address?

    -          Log in to your account

    -          Click on Manage button

    -          Click on Account settings (billing, email, password)

    -          Click on Edit Your Detail

    How do I change my adventurer profile or any survey preferences?

    -          Log in to your account

    -          Click on the Manage button

    -          From the following page, click on Update Choices

    -          You will be prompted to re-do the survey so you'll need to change you answers/preferences and save after that

    How do I change my cc info?

    In order to change your CC info, once inside the customer portal, you will need to:

    -       Click on Manage button under the subscription on the homepage

    -       Then choose to edit billing details on the subsequent window

    Can I gift a box?

    Absolutely! You can join the adventure and gift an adventure. The best part about gifting an adventure is you get to send a cute note to your recipient. Feeling generous? Gift a box to as many people as you want and for as long as you want. 

    ABOUT SHIPPING

    Where do you ship and what’s the cost?

    We currently only ship to the U.S (including military addresses and territories) and it's free.

    What carrier do you use to deliver my boxes?

    As of now, the delivery will be done by the US Postal Service (UPS). This may change in the future so please keep an eye on your tracking information.

    When should I expect my box?

    We'll ship the boxes on the 22nd of every month (if it doesn't fall on a Sunday) and it will take about 3-5 business days to get to you.

    How do I track my box?

    Your tracking information could be found by logging in to your account . You will also receive your tracking information when the box ships. 

    How do I change my shipping address?

    You may change your shipping address by logging in to your account and please also send an email about your change of address to contact@globoxvillage.com. The update needs to happen by 15th of the month. 

    My box was never delivered or was shipped to the wrong address, how can we resolve this issue?

    Please email us immediately at contact@globoxvillage.com and we'll take the appropriate actions. If the issue is due to a recent change of address, please let us know your new address and update your account information online.

    ABOUT BILLING

    When does my credit card gets charged?

    For month-to-month subscription, the first charge will occur  when you place the first order and then every 15th of the month on a recurring basis.

    For annual subscriptions: You will be charged for one year upon signup, and then every 15th of the month on a recurring basis once per year.

    For gifts: You will be charged in full upon signup and there will be no recurring charges. That being said, you’ll be able to extend your currently active gift subscription by logging in to your account and clicking on the Manage button.

    How do I skip/pause a month?

    You can skip a month only if you have a month-to-month subscription with us and if you do so before the 14th of each month. Once you are logged in, you may manage your account online.

    Please follow these steps:

    1.    Click on Manage button once inside the customer portal

    2.    Click on Subscription Settings on the bottom right corner of the screen

    3.    Click on “Pause my subscription”

    4.    Confirm. 

    After that, you will be asked whether you'd like to skip 1 or 2 payments.

     

    Do you have restrictions related to skipping a month?

    Yes, some restrictions may apply. Please carefully read below:

    ·         As of now, you are able to skip max to 2 months in a row

    ·         Regardless of your billing cycle or travel plan (Go Local, Go Continental or Go Global), we require at least one minimum payment before skipping is allowed

    ·         Regardless of the billing period you're currently on, when you choose to skip a payment, you will only prolong  it to a month or two (and not skip entire year of payments if you are on a yearly plan, for example). 

    ·         After the new renewal date has been reached, you will be moved to the new billing and shipping period which will correspond to the new renewal date.

    ·         If you have an outstanding invoice, you won't be able to skip a payment until the invoice is resolved

    How do I cancel my subscription?

    -       Log in to your account

    -       Click on Manage button once inside the customer portal

    -       Click on Subscription Settings on the bottom right corner of the screen

    -       Click on Cancel My Subscription and click Confirm

    Please cancel before the 14th of each month.

    How do I cancel my annual subscription?

    Please go through the same process to cancel your annual subscription:

    -       Log in to your account

    -       Click on Manage button once inside the customer portal:

    -       Click on Subscription Settings on the bottom right corner of the screen

    -       Click on Cancel My Subscription and click Confirm

    The cancellation will become effective before the new renewal date has been reached.

    How do I cancel a gift?

    You are able to set gifting subscription to cancel after 1 shipment. If you opt for this on the checkout,  your subscription will be automatically queued for cancellation after your have been billed on the checkout for the first shipment.

    You may also opt for "Continue Until I cancel". In that case, you will need to log in to your account in order to cancel/stop the shipments.
